I was really inspired by post mortem pictures when taking these pictures. The story behind these pictures was that he had awoken from the dead and was wandering around unsure if he was amongst the living or not. It was for a fashion shoot at school but turned out to be much more theatrical then fashion.

Sveinn Davíðsson is the model and he had this make up on him for a couple of hours, he even ate an sandwitch and drank some soda with it on. I think people got scared when they saw him in my car like that.
